CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

UK Deliveries:

Thursday 22nd December '11 for Special Next Day Delivery.
Tuesday 20th December '11 for First Class and Recorded Signed for.

International:

For all international Christmas orders, we recommend you place your order before the 5th December '11.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS

If you not entirely delighted with your purchases bought within the Christmas period, Beautiful Bottoms will offer an exchange or refund on all current collection items up until the 7th January 2012.  This is provided that they are in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and in re-saleable condition (i.e. with all labels and hang tags intact).

RETURN OF CURRENT COLLECTIONS

If you not entirely delighted with your purchases, Beautiful Bottoms will offer an exchange or refund on all lingerie if you are not perfectly happy within 28 days of receipt, provided that they are in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and in re-saleable condition (i.e. with all labels and hang tags intact). If you wish to return items please follow the steps below:

1. Please include proof of purchase and indicate clearly whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If you want to exchange the goods please state clearly which item you would like in exchange (any additional costs will be charged subsequent to despatch of replacement goods). Please include a daytime contact number.

2. You, the customer, are responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning any items. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase and by registered post only. Beautiful Bottoms cannot be held responsible for any items returned to us in any other way.

RETURN OF SALE ITEMS

You may return goods purchased in the sale for exchange only – we will not give refunds on returned sale goods. 

RETURN OF FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If the products are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect, we will refund you the cost of the return postage in addition to the cost of the goods and your original postage. Please return the items following the above instructions.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER PRIOR TO DISPATCH

You have the statutory right (exercisable up to and including the seventh working day after the day of delivery), to cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund. If you have recently placed an order with us and would like to cancel it, please send an email through the contact us  section. We don’t give our personal emails via the website to avoid spam mail. Please quote your order reference number, the date the order was placed and your full name and address. In due course you will receive email confirmation of cancellation of your order and your refunded money.
